Diet day 3

Assalamualaikum
Hye


Hmmm...almost termiss plak nk update my diet meal for monday..

So here we are :
Breakfast - telur rebus 2 biji
Lunch - sayur bendi and bayam goreng
Dinner - Boneless Chicken grill

Bile bgn pagi tadi, rasa bdn mcm lain macam. You know what,i feel firm! Funny...

Smlm smpt jgk shopping healthy food after work... I bought salmon, tofu, salad, broccoli, shitake mushroom, chicken meat, olive oil, salt rock etc... I feel happy!
