Salam Jumaat yg indah....wahh! Minggu ni rs berjln dgn agak laju. tetibe dh Jumaat...tak smpt nk publish entry ape-ape , tetibe dah jumaat (gile alasannnn kheennn).

Harini aku nak cerita psl Masa ... Time .... Perkara ni pd aku sgt penting. Semua org ade 24 jam sehari... Tp tak semua org rs 24jam tu cukup... Kenapa? Maybe sbb tak pandai or tak tahu manage masa...haisshh...

Kerja aku byk deal ngan org. Confirm ade byk meeting & discussion. Usually (eh omputeh tetibe lg), klu ade org schedule meeting aku akan jot down kat calendar supaya sng aku refer. Kdg2 aku kene arrange kan meeting utk org lain, on behalf. Aku akan jot down jgk kt calendar aku.

Aku slalu ade masalah ngan mamat sorang ni. Die slalu suruh aku arrange time utk meeting tp 90% kali msti akan lambat and 10% tak show up langsung... Nt aku jugak yg kene tnye... Badigol so'ot betuii...

Hate wasting time for nothing....

Aku mmg tak faham org yg spesies cmni... Rs mcm tak menghargai masa... Mencik ai... Agaknye ms kat univ or kolej dulu tak blaja kot subjek Time Management. Ngahaahahah! Patutnye klu rs xleh nk on time, kene la gerak awal dr waktu meeting..

Konsep "Time is money" tu pd aku betul and sgt penting. Hope you guys can appreciate more your time and well manage.

Minggu lepas, Apis Junior pulak resign...Die bagi notis 24jam reign sbb dpt berjaya utk masuk DPLI...jadik cikgu tu....Last die Rabu lepas, sehari sebelum cuti Thaipusam..Mmg sedih sgt rase...mood mmg down...sbb kawan2 same-same susah sng kt ofis tu dh xde...xde tmpt nak melawak ngan meroyan lagi.. tp apakan daya...tu masa depan die kan....

Annual dinner 2010

11 Dec 2010 is my company annual dinner event... This is my 1st year working there....hehheeh~seronok la bile bab2 makan2 ni... The event was held at The Zon Regency Hotel by The Sea JB... Majlis ni a bit weird for sofi sbb start pkl 5pm smpi 9pm... agaknye ikut Japanese style kot...haha!

Mcm2 aktiviti & dance ade....Theme die pon colourful...so, xkesahla nak pakai ape pn kan....Sofi pki je mix & match from own wardrobe.... Makan malam tu is chinese food...biase je la pd sofi...tp mmg kenyang....

Bile dinner, aktiviti wajib, mmg bergambar sakan la kan....sofi duduk 1 meja ngn ofismate....that night almost 1600 guest ade dlm dewan...ye laa...big company kan...mmg 1 malaysia lah!



Aktiviti paling best mlm tu is when our director, a Japanese guy have to do Kuda Kepang dance...Mmg lawak gile....hehehhe....tp thumbs up lah sbb die sgt sporting...!

Responsibilities at home vs office

Hi.. Today's entry is only for sharing my opinions & thoughts. Please don't feel offended with my writing. Peace!

Pernah tak you guys jumpe org yg asik cuti or mc memanjang dgn alasan anak sakit , isteri sakit , abg sakit , kucing sakit *eh ni dh melampau*.. Hmmm. Kesian ek org cmni. Asik family die je sakit. Diri sndiri sakit xder plak.. For myself mmg ade... I pn xpaham. Nak kate "mesti tipu" xsampai hati pulak...tp klu everytime mcm tu, I pn rase lain mcm la kan...

Okay lah. U guys may say I dengki. Tp *mmg dengki skit*.. Nak tau x sbb ape? Sbb all the work burden , I yg tanggung. Demm! Skali kne..ok *ermmm,tlg sbb kesian*.. Kali kedua kene.. Ok lagi *owh sakit die makin melarat*.. Kali ketiga kene ..*mula suspicious* mane taknye, bile harini die ade problem keje, esoknye msti x MC ! Paham tak maksudnye disitu? Tolong lah pikir... Oke oke oke.. Yg x paham tu, maksudnye problem die smlm yg x setel tu, I yg kne settle kan..adoiiiiii...

Bukan lah xnak faham org mcm gini. Tp agak2 lah kan. Dr kesian jadi menyampah pulak.. I tau I belum kawen, tp my parents keje meh. Xde plak slalu cuti. Adoiii...

Ape yg I dpt simpulkan, kalau bekerja tu, pandai2 lah seimbangkan ngn urusan lain. Bukan suruh 24 jam keje. Kalau betul x dpt dtg, at least be concern la ngn kje yg u all tgglkan.. Call ke,email ke,sms pn bley kan. Bgtau ape yg org lain nk kene buat utk kje die...xde la mangse2 kemalasan u all ni terpinga-pinga nk siapkan kje u all tu....

Sharing Experience about GREEN / GEMS

Once, I pernah rase useless sgt sbb tak dapat kerja yg diidamkan after graduate. U know lah mentality most of the newly-graduate, eager to find JOB.. Some of us may be lucky coz they find the job that they want & got high salary.. But some of us,like me, 1st job is not as in dreams..

After kerja about 4 months, I sgt x tahan dgn environment tmpt tu..Too stressful (ni tak tipu) so, I decided to quit without having another job.. mmg nekad ms tu..(considering I dont have any commitments on paying debts at that time....yg ade tu, tolong la pikir2 dlu ye..) Masa berhenti tu bulan puase...so, menanam anggur sampai raye... Mmg ms tu stress tak boleh belah punye...tp muke cool je lah. Dalam hati ni, Only God Knows....

Then, My bro suggest to Join GREEN programme (now,known as GEMS) under Khazanah Nasional & Iskandar Malaysia. Ms tu takde hati pon bile register...Tp after half way through the programme, myself feel like being RECHARGE !! yeahh... Thanks to GREEN...and now u see me melalui onak ranjau dgn penuh konfiden. =)

Dalam programme sebegini, I was taught about simple management concept, Self development & even brush up ur Business Communication.. It looks like boring but the activities inside there will surely develop yourself.. You'll never know U can do it , until U try....! Jangan pulak masuk program ni, U jd kera sumbang, mmg x develop lah... Fikir this is the last chance to develop urself okay.....

New Office

Tak pernah lagi cerita pasal environment new office kat sini. Hmm, alhamdulillah dh dekat 2 bulan kt tempat baru. Macam boleh cope lah kt sini.(ayat tu kate macam oke....)heee..

Colleagues section sofi ni jenis suke celebrate birthday org..Last week they celebrate birthday utk 2 org, abg danny & kak ana. Actually birthday in advance utk bln depan. Yelaa...Bulan depan kan puase.hee.

Kat sini, family kak ida ade bukak warung kecil di tepi pantai ni... just a small one... yg fames kat warung ni ialah KERANG GORENG. Slalu dgr kerang bakar je kan? kalini kerang goreng... kalau x salah sofi, family kak ida yg 1st buat kerang goreng ni, pastu ade la tumbuh 2 3 warung lain yg jual bnde yg same gak...


arggghhh...telan air liur je lah tgk gmba ni yek... nmpk biase tp Konfem sedap!!! satu mangkuk ni sofi sorg je leh habiskan.... Pedas tp sedap bangat!!!!!! dah lame x pi warung ni... paling last pegi awal tahun haritu dgn ****** ...tinggal kenangan je skrg.... =( .

Dulu mase practical, slalu gak terjah warung ni....walaupon jauh dr rumah...huhhu~kat cni ade jual satay gak.... 30sen secucuk,mane nak dapat kan? tapi skrg x sure ade lagi ke x....~

Hye alsofieasha readers..... It's really been a week rite since my last update... Sigh~

Rindu kat blog ni....rindu nk blogwalking......Kat rumah sewa br tu actually ade internet connection...It's just that Sofi tak larat nak update.. On laptop pn tak... Just smpt browse FB through Phone je.... (blogspot xleh nak bukak)...

Kat tempat baru, sofi lom kene start wat keje yg betul lg... skrg tgh orientation & training mode.. In- class & OJT... Yg penat bukan fizikal, tp mental......~ bayangkanla... pkul 9malam je dh leh tertido....uwaaaa...~hopefully, will adapt with it very soon....

Termakbullah hasrat sofi nak balik & bekerja kt Johor smule....(ooo...I Love Johore.....!!!).. Kawan2 sofi kat ofis pon ade terima berita gembira, they got a chance to extend their period of contract.... Congratss.....

Crite Tempat Skarang...

Hi lagi.... Rasenye the past few entries sangat la kosong...sofi tak upload pon any pictures... So, now, this is the picture that i'm about to story to all of u...My Officemates...tapi bukan semua la.... A few yg sofi rapat je.... Sbb dalam ofis sofi, sgt la ramai orangnye....walaupon satu department, tp almost 40 people inside...Tu tak termasuk consultant lagi...

Yang depan skali tu name die Shaz...dh kawen..br je dlm 4bulan...dok sebelah kiri sofi kat ofis..sofi agak rapat dgn die...dlu die pon utm...shaz ni sometimes can be a good sister tp kdg2 terlebih kanak-kanak jugak... (jgn marah shaz..) tp die ni jenis org yg sentiase positif...jrg nak marah2...that's why i like!! hehehe.... Yang tengah2 tu name die Mied. Die sebaya dgn shaz tp not yet taken...sape yg berminat leh la contact sofi...hehehehe.... (gurau je...) Mied ni jenis yg rajin & hyperactive skit...tp die mmg bersungguh kalau wat keje...sofi tak tipu punyer.... pastu jenis cepat pick up....kalah ler sofi...lagi2 kalau bab accounts...mmg die cpt...sbb tu sofi suke keje ngn die... Gadis si cantik manis ni plak kitorg panggil die Dote. She is everyone's favourite kat ofis tu.. Sume org suke ngan die,in fact, sofi pn quite adore her.. Dote ni jenis diplomacy & professional. Die tak pernah tnjuk sikap budak2 bile keje.. tapi bile bab makan ,mmg kalah budak-budak...hehehe... Kalau die pegi mane2, msti akan ade org yg minat kat die... cantik, pandai amik hati ...sng cte lengkap lah package.... tp to guys out there, she's taken okay....xde chance lah korg...

Dari awal masuk keje dlu, sofi mmg rapat ngn mereka bertiga ni... Yg lain tu kurg skit...tp xdela smpi xbertegur langsungkan... Keje ttp kene wat & mesti jalankan dlm group,so mmg kene baik ngan sume org lah... But they 4got that the number of eng graduates r shootin up to the sky.How if there's no more job oppurtunities 4 them in futue...Doctors hv secured job..even the lawyers..So...the debate is still on!!!

Let me tell you why girls should eventually marry an engineer over a Law, Management, Arts or Medical School Graduate. He has three distinct advantages over the rest of the graduates.

Advantage 1:
-> Secure lifestyle

An engineer boyfriend can provide you with a secure lifestyle. At 25 years old, an engineer probably has a respectable, stable job that gives him a high income to own a car, invest, have a comfortable life, and get married and buy a house too.

Law graduates are still working as a lowly apprentice in law firm. Most management graduates have just failed on their first business plan. The arts graduate is still looking for a job. And the medical school graduate is still living in a hospital.

Advantage 2:
->Unmatchable industriousness

An engineer boyfriend will dedicate an unimaginable amount of his time and effort to understand you. Engineers strain really really hard to understand their work. You can believe that they will try really really hard to understand women too, just like how they understand their work, once they believe that you are the one. So even if they don't understand you initially, they will keep on

trying. Even if they still do not understand, they will figure out the correct method to keep you happy (e.g. buy diamond ring = 1 week's worth of happiness.) And once they find out the secret formula, they will just keep on repeating it so that the desired results appear.

An engineer boyfriend will never betray your trust. Let me first tell you what is wrong with the rest of the others - The lawyers will lie about everything. Management graduates will cheat your

money. The arts graduate will flirt, and you probably just look like another cadaver to the medical school graduate.

Your engineer boyfriend is either too busy to have an affair, and even if he does, he is too dumb to lie to you about that. Hence, an engineer is the most secure boyfriend that you will ever find - rich enough, will keep on trying to understand and please you, has no time for affairs, and too dumb to lie to you. plus they r cooler than the others.

So girls, why procrastinate? Get an engineer as your boyfriend..

:: the day started ::

as time goes by today, i felt i'm very boring-to-death. Actually it's been 13 days since i "cabut" from my workplace.thehehe.u out there better not follow my footsteps doing this.well, i'm just an ordinary-emo-bubbly girl who sometimes can't bear to "tension-nous" and "pressure" lifestyle.but that's not the end of the world kan.

at about 4pm today, i got a phone call.she (the caller) introduce herself as Fauziah from MOX.huhuhu, the company sounds like modelling agencies to me.(haha).at that time i was like "blur" and dont know how to respond. she asked me weather can attend an interview on 24th sept at Tebrau.hmm...spontaneously, i said ok without knowing what is MOX...(sigh***) ???

So then, i browse the intnt and found out that MOX is actually Malaysian Oxygen Berhad.. haha..
