Last thursday, my dept buat buka puasa...oke terus terang,sofi yg organize**dgn nada terpaksa pada mulanya**huhuhu~ Although 13 peoples joined, I am glad that at least I managed to organize such event..hehehe~

Venue : Chawan Kopitiam Senai
Time : 6.45 pm to 8pm
Buffet : rm18 per person

The food was okay (for the RM18) and the environment was Nice!! I can give 4.5 stars.

2 days outing with BFFNE~

Last weekend..punye cerite yaa...~heee...outing with BFFNE (Best Friend Forever N Ever).. Sejak keje balik kat JB ni, x berpeluang lagi keluar dgn mereka except Ika...~

Actually this was unplanned outing with both of them. Percubaan utk berbuka bersama sehari sebelum tak menjadi becoz ika had to go to Simpang Renggam to fetch Senoy...Pagi Sabtu tu, saje2 ajak Ika pergi ke Aeon Bukit Indah utk cari sport shoe kat Al-Ikhsan *mcm kat Tmn U xde je kan...* tp disebabkan kebosanan, pergi la amik Ika & trus ke destnasi... Jalan-jalan pusing pusing smpi pening tp xjmpe pon kasut yg menarik perhatian.semua sgt lah boring.....!

Dah penat turun naik *sampai sanggup tukar Wedges ke selipar...kaki sakit* terjumpe cik Epi n her family.. Cik Epi ni dlu roomate sofi n Ika during IMGP in Desaru tu..

.
Then we both decide to buka kat A&W. Sofi n Ika ni mmg gilersss makan A&W masa study dlu...hehe..tapi sebelum tu dh beli sushi set & cheesecake secret receipe dlu...hahahah~sementara menunggu waktu buka, sofi saje call Lani..Skali die jeles pulak coz kluar x ajak die..Miscommunication lah tu semalam...Igtkan Lani balik Muar...hehehe...Pastu trus start plan nak wtpe lepas buka.....

Dlm pkul 830pm mcmtu, decide nak tgk movie kat Leisure Mall... Entah mcmane nak dijadikan cerita, Jalan ke sane dh berubah coz ade construction...Trus menonong drive ke Aeon Tebrau City...hikhihkihk...mmg kelakar...Sofi xberapa suke gi Tebrau City sbb ramai sgt org.. As expected, yesss mmg sgt ramai org...nasib baik sng dpt parking.... =)



Memula tu nak tgk Airbender 3D...tp dh FULL...tggl seat depan je...trus change plan tgk Expendable...blur blur je xtau tu crite ape...hehehehe.... tp nasib baik best giler cite tu...kitorg gelak x hengat walaupon cte tu ganas sbnrnye...Dalam panggung, berkongsi2 sweater coz damn sejuk....~heehee...
Lepas habis movie, trus pegi ke rumah Lani...tidur rumah baru Lani..heehe..Borak2 sampai tgh malam n tidur smpi sahur...~bangun sahur, smbung borak lagi smpi tertidur....heheheh~The next day, sambung lagi Jalan ke Plaza Angsana utk mencari **blinkBlink**...heheheh~


Happy sangat dat 2 days.......Mmg borak dgn mereka berdua ni best...anything ...no heart feeling.....! Hope our friendship will last forever yerr....~

cleaning out the wardrobe

Dari mggu lepas plan nak kemas n asingkan baju2 lame n baru. Dah terlalu byk baju.. Baju beli,baju free,baju warisan...bla bla bla.....

Skrg ni tgh na asingkan baju2.sayang sbnrnye nak letgo.tp nak buat cane kan, almari baju dh x ckup nak simpan..takkan nak tmbh lagi satu kowt. Mau mengamuk daddy.heheh..

Sbnrnye dh lame sofi alami masalah yg sama. Daddy ckp, sofi plg byk baju dr org lain sjk kecik...tehehehehe....

Entry yg sangat beremosi

Sekarang pukul 11.58pm & sofi tak ngantuk.Amazing kan...slalu pkul 10pm dh tersengguk depan tv menunggu kelopak mata tertutup...nak hadap laptop time cenggini mmg dlm mimpilah...*eh eh,yg skrg ni bukan mimpi,tp betul punya*

Sebenarnye 2 , 3 menjak ni, sofi terasa lain macam... I put a quote in my FB & until now I can't clear it ,b'coz that is how i feel up until now.


Mungkin jugak hati ni sunyi...ramadhan yg lepas, sofi masih bersama "dia"..tapi ramadhan yg ini tiada "dia".Kosong.Zero.~9 bulan sudah berlalu..9 bulan berjaya melupakan..tapi kenapa minggu ke 2 bulan ke 10 , perasaan ni muncul? Kosong.Zero.tiada jawapan...

Cuba membz kan diri dgn kerja & persiapan raya serta persiapan along ngan angah punya wedding...tp sbnrnye, wedding itu yg mengusik jiwa..kenapa "dia" tiada terlibat ? *ahhh...omongan kosong**~seperti jiwa yg kosong sekarang...

Cheer up Sofiah!!!!! tapi tidak malam ni...sbb sgt beremosi...Ya Allah, penuhkan jiwaku dgn kegembiraan~~

Bulan depan mesti ramai yg buat open house for Raya kan.. Tak mustahil perkara yg sama boleh berlaku... Just Beware okay.....~pastikan barang2 berharga disimpan ditempat yang berkunci or tiada akses kepada org lain...pintu bilik berkunci & etc.....



*mengingatkan diri sendiri utk berjaga-jaga masa majlis kahwin along & angah nanti...

Buka hari semalam, sofi pergi makan bertiga dengan kawan2 dr ofis. Salah seorg dari kawan, crie pasal satu video berkaitan dengan seekor kucing yg seolah2 memberi CPR / bantuan kepada seekor kucing lain yg dh terlantar * mungkin juga dh mati* Si kucing yg hidup ni seolah-olah tak sanggup tgk sang sahabat mati mcm tu shj. Setia menunggu sang sahabat disitu & nampak seperti menangisi pemergian sang sahabat....

Haiwan pon ade sifat begitu, bagaimana pula dgn manusia?? Fikirkanlah.....

Salam 10 Ramadhan...

Skrg ni sofi da jrg on notebook. Slalu sofi blogwalking gune BB je. Ok laa tp x se-best gne notebook sbb x dpt tgk gmba betul-betul. Kdg2 loaading pon lame sgt..

Selalunya sofi update blog on weekends. Sbb ms tu je yg btl2 free. Tp ape yg sofi prasan, kebanyakan blog yg sofi follow, jrg update on weekends..

So skrg, wondering, bile korg semua update blog eh?pagi? Ptg? Malam? Hehehe......

Semalam yg tak indah

Salam Ramadhan.. Harini dh 9 ramadhan. Cepat je kan rasenye.... Selama 9 hari berpuasa, mcm2 yg sofi lalui.

Salah satunye semalam yg x indah~ uwaaaa... Semalam pkul 715pm (johor buka pkul 715) br klua dr ofis. Sedih kan.. Dlm kereta cume ade air kosong je. =( tak rajin sgt pn nak stay kt ofis tu tp terpaksa *kerja kan 1 ibadah...sedapkan hati* bile dh terlmbt cmtu konfem la hrpn na pegi bazar xde. Last2 g mcd drive thru je.mak aihhh. Lame sgt tunggu.kete byk. Dh dpt tu, hepi la skit. Skali blk rumah, housemate semua tade. , berbuka kt luar.. =(

weird feelings.....

Sekarang ni, both of my brothers bringing back their fiance back to my mummy house. Before they reach here, I was so like super duper excited , bcoz finally this house is full of people.

Tp my weird feelings starts when they actually here,now. I don't know how to treat them. Suddenly,they addressing my mom as "mummy" too.weird.I don't hv sister before.so,maybe this kind of feeling appear...

Ramadhan the 4th

Alhamdulillah syukur sbb dh smpai puasa ke-4.. 3 hari pertama mmg bermakna la for me...

Hari pertama puasa, I dpt puasa kat rumah family.. (Yerr, Johor bercuti on 1st of Ramadhan..yeay). Petang sebelum puasa, I drive back from Jb blk Kluang. Sampai rumah pkl 9 mlm...*terlepas terawih mlm pertama....sobsobsob*. I ni jenis kdg2 malas bgn sahur. So da jd kebiasaan, mummy akn tnye,"esok na bgn sahur tak?"*dan semua akan berdebar menunggu jawapan ...;engjengjeng*...heheeh. Bangun pagi2 dh teringin na makan pulut santan durian! Ngahahah...memula mcm tadder org na layan, tp at last abah balik bwk durian ...yahooooooooooo!!!! *tp xleh na wish slalu,sbb mmg xkan dilayan lagi...*

Hari kedua puasa, awal pagi lepas subuh drive blk JB. T_T.... Ms smpi kat jambatan yg pendek dpn umah, angah & tunang br sampai dr Penang..lagi T_T... Cuti sbb nak uruskan persiapan kawen... Sampai ofis , lepak2, senyum2 , toleh kiri kanan, dahhhhh tghari.. X tipu ni, mmg lapar time tu. Hahaha.. Asik tgk jam je.pkul bape la na balik.. Tepat 530 je *ye, 530 br balik,tade dicepatkan* terus pecut blk.. Jam pulak kat Jalan Senai tu. Rs nak hantuk je kepala kt stereng*tp sakit, maka x jadi*. Boleh plak die nak tar jln 2 lane tu ptg2 gini.. Ms tu dh pkl 615.. Bazar masih jauh ...uwaaaa... Smpi area bazar dh 635... Jam kereta & manusia....uwaaaa lagi.... Sampai rumah tepat pkl 715, rehat seminit dan trus buka... Mencabar btul hari tu.....tp syukur kerna masih ader peluang berbuka.

Hari ketiga,time sahur mmg lawak...I duduk kt bilik tingkat atas. My housemate kejutkan pkl 430 pagi.. Tp biasa la, mata susah nak bukak,angguk tp x bangun...tertido blk. Housemate lg sorg naik atas kejut..tak terbanguyn jugak.. Pastu agaknye diorg dh mls nak panjat tangga, trus call je...ahahahahha. Baru la terbangun..yg pelik tu,mamai mamai boleh plak angkat hp kan...Petang lps keje,trus pecut blk rumah. Smpai pn tepat2 waktu buka....

Hari ke 4 ni msti menyeronokkan. Sbb abg2 n tunang2 mereka ada kat rumah mummy..yeay! Tp stakat ni x smpt na plan masak ape sbb pagi2 I dh stuck kat proton servis ni....mereka dirumah pasti sdg lena lagi.......T_T

Tak berniat ape-ape pon....

Ahad ==> Isnin ==> Selasa ==> Puasa! .. yeahh...rasenye mcm kejap je dh nak Bulan Ramadhan balik kan...Nampaknye, mmg the whole year through mmg busy lah smpi x terperasan dh 1 tahun.. Last year punye puase, I the whole month outstation di Batu Pahat *makneneye the whole puase, setiap hari I berbuka di Katerina Hotel.Sampai certain times dh muak dgn mknn kat situ, I beli je dkt Bazar & mkn dlm bilik...Siap mintak pinggan mangkuk bagai kat hotel..owhh kenangan!*

Entry kalini xde niat ape2 pon...Kalau terliur, mintak maaflah... =p Just nak update Food yg I consume dr malam semalam sampai time skrg ni*ye...makanan lagi*...hehe...Semalam ptg, my friend ajak pegi makan for luch*tapi dh pukul 430 pm ms tue* ... So, we pusing2 Tmn U area & singgah kat Old Town ... Lame dh x makan kt cni....Tetibe teringin nak makan nasi lemak ngan Chocolate Ice ... Ni kire Lunch + Dinner coz kami kuar dr old town tu dh 6ptg...mlm xperlu lg mkn... ^_^



Pagi tadi,bangun2 je dh lapar...Tengok2 kat dapur, ade lagi Cheese Stick Season yg beli semalam...Terus buat Neslo & makan.*eh, jgn ragu2,I dh gosok gigi &mandi dlu..Heee*


Harini kt rumh ni tader org. My housemate ade kelas pagi ni..*amik PJJ,so class on weekends* Dah kemas2 rumah sat,tetibe terase lapar lg...Teringin nak makan roti canai lah pulak...Siap2, terus pegi Mamak dekat2 dgn rumah...ini 1st time masuk kedai tu..heheh~terus order. Tapi malangnye , Teh ais yg die serve sgt manis & roti canai die ala-ala je...sedey di situ...makan jugaklah...tp air mmg x sentuh..... pasni mmg tak dtg dah mamak oiii~ =(

Dah lepas makan tu, time odw nak balik, nampak ade Pasar Tani kat Sri Pulai.. terus terjah...sbb dulu2 mase zaman belajar ade makcik jual lontong darat sedap kat ctu...saje cube nasib tgk kalau2 smpi skrg ade lagi ke...Heeee~ yeay!! mmg ade!!! terus beli satu set Lontong darat...~nape agaknye "Darat" eh? Maybe sebab xde kuah kot...heheheh~kering mcm didaratan..ecece~So, lontong ni lah yg dimakan utk Lunch nt ditambah dgn air kelapa muda...hehehe...


Okay...time to eat my Lontong...Daaa~

Breathing Therapy

Practice this way and it will help you...





Our noses have left and right nostrils. Accordingly, the right side represents the sun and the left side represents the moon.

When having headache, try to close your right nostril and use your left nostril to do breathing for about 5 min. The headache will be gone.

If you feel too tired, do it the opposite way. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril. After a while, you will feel refresh again.

Because the right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily. The left side gets cold easily.

Women breathe mainly with their left nostril, so they get calm down easily.

Men breathe mostly with their right nostril, so they get angry easily.

When we wake up,if the left nostril breathes faster, you will feel very tired. Close your left nostril and use your right nostril for breathing and you will get refresh quickly.

Practice the correct ways of breathing (breathe in and breathe out) and your body will be in a very relaxing condition.

Selalu seorang....

Mase zaman sekolah & zaman universiti kite selalunye mesti ade kawan2 or geng sendiri.. Betul tak? Mase zaman tu, kalau kte sorg2, mesti dh dilabel kera sumbang, nerdy or sombong dll... Mase zaman2 tu jgk lah kite rs kawan yg ade tu msti akan jd kamceng gile forever.. Btul x? This is typical situation kowt..

Tapi bile dh start kerja, kawan2 mula berpecah.. Sorg kerja di jb sorg di kl sorg atas laut sorg atas awan... Nak jmpe pon payah. Mungkin sebulan sekali or setahun sekali or 5 tahun sekali or tak jumpe terus! Betul x?

Kat current persekitaran pulak, kebanyakan org jrg menjadi rpt dgn rakan sekerja...lagi menjadi parah kalau org tu jenis yg compare kan kwn dlu n skrg.. WTH.. At the end, kite sorg2 tanpa kawan... Kdg2 I terfikir jugak, adakah ini lumrah alam yg kite terpaksa ikut? Atau sesuatu kebiasaan yg perlu diubah? You decide yourself..xx..

Makan & makan & makan (tanpa minum sbb nt perut full sgt).. Mmg variety la...tomyam utk steamboat pekat & sedap...berpeluh nak makan...heee...~tp air yg disediakan biase2 aja....
Dessert yg disediakan plak ialah buah-buahan *tembikai je sbnrnye* & aiskrim mcm2 rasa*durian,mangga,cempedak,keladi etc*..berbaloi lah utk 18.90 per head...~


Makan-makan...borak-borak...gelak-gelak...huhhh~release tension....Thank to all! *heart u guys!* Boleh dikatakan licin jugaklah juadah2 yg kami amik...cume ade seketul ayam yg xlarat nak dimakan oleh sesape...=p

Pernah tak you guys jumpe org yg asik cuti or mc memanjang dgn alasan anak sakit , isteri sakit , abg sakit , kucing sakit *eh ni dh melampau*.. Hmmm. Kesian ek org cmni. Asik family die je sakit. Diri sndiri sakit xder plak.. For myself mmg ade... I pn xpaham. Nak kate "mesti tipu" xsampai hati pulak...tp klu everytime mcm tu, I pn rase lain mcm la kan...

Okay lah. U guys may say I dengki. Tp *mmg dengki skit*.. Nak tau x sbb ape? Sbb all the work burden , I yg tanggung. Demm! Skali kne..ok *ermmm,tlg sbb kesian*.. Kali kedua kene.. Ok lagi *owh sakit die makin melarat*.. Kali ketiga kene ..*mula suspicious* mane taknye, bile harini die ade problem keje, esoknye msti x MC ! Paham tak maksudnye disitu? Tolong lah pikir... Semalam punye smalam, hmmm hari isnin lah tu maksudnye, hari yg amat keterlaluan penat. Mane tak penat, pagi drive dr Kluang ke JB pkul 6 pagi. Sampai ofis trus chase supplier..hahaha.normal lah tu kan. Name pon purCHASER. Sampai2 kilang supplier berdekatan terbakar . Mak aihhh.. Memula tu happy (yeayea! Sbb dh kurg 1 keje nk chase) tp mak aihh bertambah keje rupenye...*ahhh salah mentafsir rupenye*

Okeh.smbg blk cerita.. After abes kerja, trus siap2.tp tipu skit disitu sbb smpt tgk crite epilog syurga cinta kejap.*tgk cite tu xde niat lain selain nak tgk mia sara.ni x tipu* dh 730 mule la kelam kabut nk solat n siap2. Misinya nak makan steamboat & grill kat Jln kolam air.. *gmbr nt I update* makan n gelak ketawa smpi naik gile. *buat-buat lupe esok pagi keje* smpi rumah dh pkul 1130. Mak aihhh.. Siap2 solat trus pejam mate tido. The end.
