Raya haji kalini cuti pjg jugak... Khamis company dh bg cuti...cuti smpi ke ahad syoknyerrr!

Raya haji ni abang2 sofi balik... Memang riuh... Parents sofi buat korban utk family. .. Abang sofi yg no. 2 plak buat aqiqah utk anak die...

Anak2 sedare sofi makin besar dah... Sorang dh pandai jalan.. Sorang lagi br nk belajar jalan... Mmg kecoh la... Budak2 berlari sane sini... Budak2 menangis sana sini... Hehehe....

Ni antara menu yg sofi msk sepanjang minggu...mmg gigih masak bawak bekal utk lunch tiap2 hari...

Diet day 4

Assalamualaikum...
Hye


Eh...hari-hari pun nk update meal...hope xde yg bosan... Ni cume nk sharing je.. Mane la tau ape yg sofi mkn ni sbnrnye tak sihat... Harapla ade yg menegur....

Tuesday menu:
Breakfast : salad with telur rebus
Lunch : salad with chicken meatball rebus
Dinner : grilled salmon with broccoli n mushroom



*salad dressing - olive oil, salt n black pepper sprinkle

Sofi byk bace info kt blog2 ckp pasal Apple Cider Vinegar.. Ehe...dah beli!


Tambah 1tsp dlm alsd2. Stakat ni buat sehari skali je sbb tkt xsesuai... Bau die xbape sdp... Mcm msm2 baunyer..tp klu dh tmbh dlm alsd2 ok jerr...

Diet day 3

Hmmm...almost termiss plak nk update my diet meal for monday..

So here we are :
Breakfast - telur rebus 2 biji
Lunch - sayur bendi and bayam goreng
Dinner - Boneless Chicken grill

Bile bgn pagi tadi, rasa bdn mcm lain macam. You know what,i feel firm! Funny...

Smlm smpt jgk shopping healthy food after work... I bought salmon, tofu, salad, broccoli, shitake mushroom, chicken meat, olive oil, salt rock etc... I feel happy!

Semalam dh hbs day 1 diet...

Breakfast : Scramble egg
Lunch : sup isi ketam + carrot
Dinner : isi ayam msk halia + sawi

Air putih : more than 2 litres

Ms tghari smlm rasa mcm a bit dizzy...
Then bile tido mlm asik terbangun utk buang air...

Hopefully its normal...

Officially now I'm on alsd2 diet program!! Hehe.... Malu nk cerita tp excited at the same time....

Memula ni nk mnjadi rahsia sndiri je sbb taktau berkesan or tak. Tapi bila berkongsi cerita dgn sahabat baik, tak sangka dpt support yg hebat... Tq friends....!

Mlm td was my 1st time taking alsd2... And this morning again.. For breakfast sofi mkn scramble egg. . Eh sedap tau! Hopefully this effort will last. Amin...

Next year Insyaallah sofi nk pergi kk dgn sahabat... We got a deal before this trip!hehe....tungguuuu...
